The mBooster, the active pedal
The mBooster Pedal Set deserves a closer look: its active brake pedal has a built-in motor that pushes back against your foot in real time. In practice, you feel the ABS pulse, the pedal firm up with brake temperature, the lockup point shift with grip level — information that even a high-end load cell can't transmit. Paired with the CRP2 throttle, it's the richest braking experience in the Moza catalog, and one of the most advanced on the market.
Who it's for, and what cockpit you'll need
Who benefits most? Endurance and GT drivers braking at the limit lap after lap will gain the most: the tactile ABS information lets you brake right at the threshold without watching telemetry. A rigid cockpit is a must: an active pedal pushing several dozen kilos needs a mounting with zero flex. Pair it with the SGP shifter for a complete Moza setup.
Passive mode, compatibility and getting used to it
The mBooster can also run in classic passive mode if you'd rather turn off the active effects, configurable directly in Pit House. It connects independently of the base, from the R5 to the R25 Ultra, with a discreet built-in motor in operation. Most drivers adjust to the active vibrations within a few sessions: the tactile information quickly becomes a reflex rather than a distraction.
