PassionSim Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Zones

We ship across Canada and the United States. Whether you live in a major city or a remote area, your products are delivered right to your door.

2. Free Shipping

Shipping is free on orders of $210 CAD and over, to both Canada and the United States.

Below that threshold, shipping is $21 CAD.

Some bulky products are excluded from free shipping and ship at a flat rate: see section 3. The exact amount for your order is always calculated and shown in your cart, before payment.

3. Bulky Products at a Flat Rate

Because of their weight and dimensions, some products ship at a flat rate regardless of order value. Free shipping does not apply to them:

  • Cockpits, seats and monitor stands (6Sigma, PassionSim): $140 CAD.
  • SRP pneumatic pedal sets and their options (GT-R, GT-S, HB handbrake): $140 CAD.
  • CONSPIT FP Lite rigs: $280 CAD.

If your order contains both bulky and standard products, the fees for each category may add up. The total is shown in your cart before payment.

The amounts above are in Canadian dollars. Orders shipped to the United States are billed in US dollars: free over $150 USD, otherwise $15 USD, and $100 USD or $200 USD for bulky products. Exchange rates may shift slightly, so the amount shown in your cart is the one that applies.

4. Delivery Times

We prepare your order and hand it to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Transit then takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Orders shipped within Canada typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your region.
  • Orders shipped to the United States may take slightly longer due to customs procedures.

5. Signature Upon Delivery

For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package.

6. Customs and Taxes for U.S. Orders

Customs fees and taxes for orders shipped to the United States are not covered by PassionSim.

7. Split Shipments

For orders containing large or bulky items, we reserve the right to ship products in multiple packages, so they arrive safely and on time. You will be informed, and you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

8. Order Modification

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations are possible. We do our best to accommodate requests received before shipping, but cannot ensure changes once the order has been processed. Please review your order details carefully before finalizing.

9. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email to follow your package and see its estimated delivery date.

10. Shipping Address

Please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. PassionSim cannot be held responsible for a delay or delivery problem caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

11. Delivery Problems

If you run into a problem (damaged package, package not received, shipping error), write to us right away at contact@passionsim.com. We will sort it out with you as quickly as possible.
