PassionSim Return Policy

1. Return Period

At PassionSim, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return it.

Important Note: Products must be returned in their original condition, with all original accessories and packaging (if applicable). Products that have been used or damaged will not be accepted for return.


2. Eligible Products for Return

The following sim racing products may be returned under certain conditions:

Wheels, pedal sets, and simulators:
Must be in new, unused condition. Products that have been installed or used on a platform cannot be returned unless they show a manufacturing defect.

Simulation chairs, seats, and accessories:
Must be unused and in their original packaging.

Computer components:
Products such as graphics cards, processors, or other peripherals may be returned only if unopened and still in their original packaging.

Digital products or software:
Cannot be returned once opened or downloaded, unless a technical problem occurs.


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Proof of purchase:
You must provide a copy of your receipt or your order number.

Product condition:
The product must be in its original condition, unused (unless defective), and in its original packaging. If the product is damaged or used, it may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return shipping fees:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was incorrectly shipped by us.


4. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item. Once your returned product is received, we will cancel the initial order and issue a refund according to our return policy.


5. Defective Products

If a product is defective or has a manufacturing issue, we will repair, exchange, or refund it, based on your preference.

Here’s what to do:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to report the issue.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label for the defective item.

  • Defective products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories.


6. Warranties

All products sold by PassionSim come with a limited warranty. Warranty duration varies by product. Please refer to each product’s specific warranty information when making your purchase.

Examples:

  • Wheels and pedal sets: Warranty of 1 years against manufacturing defects.

  • Computer components: Standard manufacturer warranty.

  • Simulators and simulation chairs: Limited warranty, typically [X months/years].

Warranty returns must follow the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.


7. Exceptions to the Return Policy

Some items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized products: Any item personalized at your request (e.g., custom seats or wheels) cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Opened or used products: Items that have been opened or used — especially computer hardware or software — cannot be returned unless defective.


8. How to Return a Product

To return a product:

  2. We will provide detailed return instructions and the return address.

  3. Carefully package the product in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Send the product to the address provided, following our team’s instructions.
