It's made for CONSPIT ARES direct drive bases and mounts on the existing base bracket, with no rig modification and no drilling. It sits between the base and the wheel to bring the wheel 15 cm closer to you. It isn't designed for wheelbases from other brands.

Not when the part is sized for the torque, which this one is: CNC machined anodised aluminium with no parasitic flex. The rod works in line with the motor shaft and passes the torque through instead of filtering it. You keep the same feel as a direct mount, with a far better arm position.

When the wheel sits too far away and you drive with your arms extended: shoulders fatigue over long stints and your corrections lose precision. The 15 cm lets you move from a stretched GT position to a single-seater posture, elbows bent and supported, without moving the cockpit structure.
